There is no contact form on purpose. A form would mean collecting your message, your address and your IP on our servers; email means we hold nothing you did not choose to send.
Reporting a wrong number
Genuinely useful, and the most common reason to write. Please include the channel, what LiveCount showed, what you believe the correct figure is, where you saw it, and roughly when. Bear in mind before writing that our figure is an estimate inside YouTube’s rounding window and will not match YouTube exactly — the methodology page explains why, and what counts as too far out.
Channel owners
If you would rather your channel were not listed here, email from an address associated with the channel and we will remove it and stop polling it. No explanation required.
Your data
To have an account and everything attached to it deleted, email from your account address. What we hold in the first place is listed on the privacy page.
Advertising and press
Same address. Advertising on the site is sold through Google AdSense rather than directly, so there is nothing to buy from us, but questions about how ads are placed are welcome.
Response times
This is a one-person project. Most email gets an answer within a few days; removal requests and data-deletion requests are dealt with first.
